This tea is both organic and of ceremonial grade. It is fantastic. I love the zip lock bag as it is much better than those tins with the silver foil inside which when you open the Matcha goes everywhere. I have tried them all, Doctor King, Do Matcha, etc and in terms of organic and ceremonial grade this one is up there with the best. I would recommend buying this in the set too which is what I did initially. Absolutely fantastic. The service from Goodwei is excellent and first class.
