Japanese Kyoto Uji Matcha Bright green with a creamy texture when whisked in the traditional way. Grown in the shade from mid April till harvest time to sweeten and add flavour, then finely ground using stone mills. Direct from plantations located in Uji, Kyoto. This Matcha is full of bio-actives and antioxidants from the whole plant. A great morning drink, afternoon pick me up or a versatile food ingredient. Ocha & Co. was set up after a trip back to the UK in 2011 and a fruitless search for quality Japanese Green Teas in the local health shops and supermarkets.

We order direct from the tea farms each week to ensure that the teas sent to our customers are extremely fresh with the longest possible best by date.
